Victoria Morris
Owner, Founder, and Lead Commercial Property Inspector
Victoria Morris first entered the construction industry in 1979. Then, she worked as a framing foreman and electrician’s assistant. In those two roles, she worked on condos and multi-building apartment complexes. Over the next several years, she expanded, such as numerous custom builds and remodels for historic buildings.
Victoria attended university and earned her B.S. in bioanalytical science. However, her affinity for the building trades led her elsewhere. Eventually, she became Municipal Building Inspector for two Minnesotan cities. As the owner of MBI Inspections, she leads as commercial property inspector.
Now, she has performed over a 1,000 residential and commercial inspections. In addition to conducting national commercial property assessments, Victoria is also entrusted with the management of two historic buildings and a 200,000 sq. ft. condominium building facility project.
